World Earth Day
The entire school community celebrated World Earth Day on April 22nd. Angela and her playgroup pupils made seed paper from recycled material which they made into a pulp and embedded with wildflower seeds. Lower School classes made seed filled fat bombs for our feathered friends. Older children planted sunflower seeds in compostable pots and shared them with homes in the area. By creating an awareness and sense of responsibility for the environment, our pupils understand the important part they have to play in protecting and improving biodiversity within our green space.
